Abstract submission and travel award application are closed.

Fees

The registration fee covers access to all scientific events, abstract booklet, welcome reception, and barbeque as well as lunch and refreshments during the four conference days.

For payment of fees during online registration you may use credit card or bank transfer.

 

Abstract Information

Abstract limit is 3.000 characters (including spaces but excluding abstract title, authors' names and affiliations).

 

Acceptance of Contributions

All contributions have been accepted by the scientific organizing committee.

 

Short Oral Presentations

The scientific organizing committee selected  24 abstracts for short oral presentations based on scientific excellence and novelty, gender balance, balance between young and senior scientists, as well as between human and animal research. For an overview of these contributions see our scientific program.

 

Awards

The organizing committee will provide several financial awards and travel stipends*.

Twenty-one participants have already been selected for a travel stipend - congratulation to all awardees! Further awards (in particular for outstanding posters) will be given during the conference.

*The number and height of awards and travel stipends will depend on our final budget.

 

 

Poster Information

Conference language is English.
Your poster number corresponds to the ID number of your contribution.
Note that posters can be on display for the entire duration of the conference, but will be presented in separate sessions. However, please feel free to discuss posters also during breaks.

Poster size is max. 0.90 m (width) and max. 1.50 m (length); i.e. portrait format. Supplies for fixing your poster will be provided on-site.
